January 28th at 1.26 pm (CST) is the peak of the first full moon of 2021. It is called Wolf Moon and is derived from the frequent howling of wolves during this typically cold winter month. While wolves actually howl as a form of communication and calling in the pack, they are not really howling at the moon.
The full moon is a good time to journal over heart's desires, reflect on the new year with new insights and intentions.
